Evidence Sourcebook for the NextGen Uniform Bar Exam July 2026-February 2027
The NCBE digital Sourcebook series is intended to provide legal educators and examinees with information about which legal concepts and principles are within the scope of doctrine to be assessed in the NextGen bar exam. Each sourcebook in the series relies on sources that should be readily available to educators interested in bar exam coverage.
Sourcebooks are a type of reference material and as such do not include sample exam questions or opportunities to practice. Sourcebooks may also be available in your law library digital collections from West Academic. One sourcebook excerpt, including the preface, is available on our website.
The Evidence Sourcebook serves as a companion to the NextGen UBE Evidence Content Scope.
